Guests are given a UltentalCard upon arrival; it is included in the room price and valid for the duration of your stay

  • Arrival and departure on weekdays.
  • Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know.
  • Single use supplement, on request.
  • Only one discount can be applied at a time.
  • Reservations are considered binding following written confirmation and receipt of deposit.
  • Pets welcome – on request: 7 € per day without food (please bring your own blanket and dog basket). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room.
  • No smoking in the rooms. We have some lovely sun terraces where smoking is allowed.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • The prices shown include all taxes (except the local tourist tax).
  • Soft bathrobes: 5 € rental (for whole stay)
  • The weekly activities programme may be subject to change (e.g. because of lack of snow, poor weather conditions, etc.)
  • Travel insurance: what can you do if something happens? What if you can’t start your holiday as planned, or you have to leave early? We advise you to take out travel insurance (contact us, we’ll be happy to provide you with more information).
  • If you don’t have travel insurance, and you have to cancel your booking: you will be charged nothing up to 40 days prior to arrival date, 30% for the period 40-15  days before your arrival date, and 70% for 15 days or less before arrival date.
  • There are no reductions for late arrival or early departure.
